Alexander posted on Instagram (below) that Cabrera has shed 11 pounds (down from 256) in 2 weeks, as they work on bio mechanics, including reaction and sensory drills. Alexander also posted a video (below) of Cabrera mimicking his swing while reacting to red and green lights.
