Jordan Collins consults with youth to professional athletes in order to help reduce the rate of injury, optimize movement mechanics & increase athletic performance.
Jordan obtained his Masters degree specializing in biomechanics of human movement. Further, Jordan currently acts as the head of Youth Performance at DBC Miami, acts as assistant-lead instructor for DBC Level 3 sports performance certification and acts as creator/lead instructor for his Dynamic Warm Up System course.
With 19 years of experience, Jordan specializes in strength training, linear speed development, deceleration & landing mechanics as well as return to play from injury.
