DBC Level Three reviews the safety, efficacy, and applicability of high-performance sports training. First step mechanics, plyometrics, speed/agility, and cognitive/sensory training are discussed and practiced, to ensure working knowledge and ability, to determine which training phases should be included in an athletes’ training program and when.

We just took the DBC Level 3 Certification to the next level. We have now combined Jordan Collins’ dynamic warm-up seminar and integrated it into the Level 3 Certification, giving you two courses for the price of one. This is the sports performance certification that every athlete development coach should have on their résume if they’re working with athletes at any level. You will learn the WHY of every drill we do with our athletes and how to visually assess every step so the proper progressions or regressions can be made through the workouts.
