The level two certification teaches students to use a systematic assessment process to measure the joints tolerances and tracking. A purely individualized program is then designed from the data. Any joints outside of the physiological tolerances are restored to normal and safe tolerance’s via stretches and exercises. These stretches and exercises are programmed into the client’s goal and or sport specific program.

The DBC Level 2 Certification course is a three-day immersive course where students will learn and gain hands on-experience in completing a comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment comprised of more than 50 measurements across the body. Each measurement has been thoroughly researched to insure reliability and applicability. Attendees will also be taught how to process all of the data that they collect and use it to build individualized training programs for their clients. They can expect to perform at least two assessments, start to finish, during the course of the class. Registration for this course is non-refundable.

Learning the skillset to take orthopedic measurements will give a trainer the ability to create scientific corrective and training program. Not only does this course teach coaches how to take orthopedic measurements, it gives them the knowledge and understanding of what to do with the data and how to apply it.
