Lauren (LAT, ATC) graduated from the University of Miami’s School of Education and Human Development. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree with an emphasis on Kinesiology and Sports Sciences. As a FL licensed and board-certified Athletic Trainer, Lauren’s specialty is recovery and manual therapy using soft-tissue mobilization techniques and tools. She is truly passionate about helping others overcome iniuries and move pain-free.
