CERTIFICATION COURSES

Our LVL 1 course is an introduction to the field of biomechanics. Unlike most introductory biomechanics courses our course presents the medical and scientific research of the exercises we perform in the gym every day. We present the mechanics of the general human motor programs of squatting, lunging, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, and gait.

LVL 2 teaches students to use a systematic assessment process to measure the joints tolerances and tracking. A purely individualized program is then designed from the data. Any joints outside of the physiological tolerances are restored to normal and safe tolerance’s via stretches and exercises. These stretches and exercises are programmed into the client’s goal and or sport specific program.

LVL 3 reviews the safety, efficacy, and applicability of high-performance sports training. First step mechanics, plyometrics, speed/agility, and cognitive/sensory training are discussed and practiced, to ensure working knowledge and ability, to determine which training phases should be included in an athletes’ training program and when.
