Knowlton has built a strong foundation of high level performance training over the last decade; starting with his academic education at Auburn University and growing throughout his time at DBC Fitness.

His clientele ranges from professionals in all sectors of sport to collegiate and grade school athletes preparing for the next level; as well as individuals suffering from chronic pain and returning from injury.  With a niche in musculoskeletal assessment, corrective alignment, and injury/pain prevention, Chaney is the lead instructor for the DBC Level 2 certification course - teaching the 54 point musculoskeletal assessment.

Knowlton has a passion for not only giving his clients a great workout but educating them along the process and teaching them how to move their body safely in and out of the gym.

“Every person I have the opportunity to work with is like a puzzle. Each and every case is unique, however long term health and wellness is the goal.”

Every client package with Chaney includes:

  • A 54-point musculoskeletal assessment.

  • Education on injury mechanisms in stretching, exercise and how to use your body safely.

  • Personalized programming; working on exact goals and imbalances based off of the musculoskeletal assessment results.
