Casey also competed as a martial artist at the professional level. With his background as an athlete and experience coaching for nearly two decades, he brings a unique understanding to the details and mindset his clients and athletes need to optimize their performance.

Drew earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado and his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Colorado Mesa University. He offers a unique skill set by utilizing hands on techniques and exercises to restore and improve normal movement patterns for his clients. Having worked with numerous athletes from youth to the professional level he understands the demands of many sports. Every program he develops is individualized and based on each client’s impairments and goals. He has a passion for helping athletes recover from ACL injuries.

Alex was born in Illinois, but San Diego has been his home for 25 years. He is certified through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), PTA Global and DBC level 1. He has over 10 years of experience in the industry working with a wide range of clientele. Alex has worked with youth athletes wanting to improve performance, the novice lifters looking to add muscle and lose body fat, as well as experienced weightlifters and athletes looking for that extra attention to detail to separate them from the rest.

Rossano has been a fitness and performance coach for the past 13 years. He has a degree in Exercise Science and is acquiring his MBA in Healthcare management. Ro is adept in training clients at all levels of fitness from high performance to rehabilitative exercise.  His focus has always been to educate his clients that health, fitness and wellness are essential for a balanced lifestyle.

Cristina, has been in the fitness industry since 2014. She specializes in transforming her clients physiques and mindsets. Cristina also guides her clients through their recovery from injuries while increasing their strength and mobility. Her training programs are great for developing speed, agility and quickness for athletes and those who want to train like one. Kyle Kobernus

Kyle moved to California from Illinois in May of 2018. Kyle was a top baseball player in the state of Illinois attending Naperville North High School, earning All-Conference and All-Area honors. He then earned scholarships to both Elgin Community College and then Judson University earning All-Region and MVP honors. After completing college baseball, he then played professional baseball as a starting pitcher for the Gary South-Shore Railcats and then the Newark Bears.

Kyle studied Exercise/Sport Science from Judson University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kyle developed his love for fitness since his early years in high school and his passion for it has grown ever since. In 2009, Kyle did his internship under Mark Crabtree for Explosion Sports Performance at the Chicago Bulls/WhiteSox Training Academy where Kyle also trained as a baseball player and athlete since 2002. After completing his internship and ending his baseball career, Kyle knew that he wanted to be a strength and conditioning coach. Kyle is constantly learning and developing his coaching methods in order to get the best results for clients and athletes. He uses his education and experience to help motivate and develop those on their fitness and athletic journey. Kyle has worked with a variety of age groups along with MLB players, Division 1 and Elite high school athletes in the Chicagoland and now San Diego County area.

Sebastian (Sebi) has always been involved in fitness and athletics. Having played club soccer his entire life and being on a highly ranked team in the state of Florida and in the country, he eventually went on to play soccer overseas in Sweden and Portugal after high school. After 3 years of playing professionally abroad, Sebastian returned to the states to begin his next career in sports performance. Having worked under a former olympic sprinter and a former MLB pitcher, he now helps train youth athletes to professional athletes. He has acquired a range of experience and knowledge on how to help athletes from all sports progress to the next level. He focuses on helping athletes and general population clients improve their health, both physically and mentally.
