For over 20 years, David has helped some of the world’s top athletes reach their full potential.
 
As founder and creator of DBC, his vision from the start was to build a facility that would accomplish more than just training athletes. He wants to educate people on the proper way to train and how to move from the inside out. His detailed approach is known throughout the industry. He wants this approach to spread throughout the industry to encourage trainers to develop a greater understanding of what human movement is.

As author of DBC’s Certifications, Donnie ensures the methods used in everyday training at DBC are based on the most up to date research from the medical, biomechanics, and sports science fields. He also ensures our trainers stay current and proficient analyzing our athletes’ static and dynamic postures, general motor programs, and sports-specific motions to ensure optimal skeletal alignment, appropriate muscle length-tension relationships, and biomechanical efficiency.

Eugene is certified in selective functional movement assessment (SFMA) and Titleist performance institute. Eugene is a certified Rocktape medical practitioner, blood flow restriction training/rehabilitation, and FRC Mobility Specialist.

Elise offers a unique skill set as an athletic trainer (ATC, LAT), recipient of a masters degree (MSEd) in exercise physiology, and strength and conditioning coach (CSCS). She uses stretch, soft-tissue, and rehabilitative exercise techniques depending on the goals and needs of a client. She also coaches clients on proper movement and trains elite athletes for sport-specific skill development. Elise is an instructor of the DBC Level I Biomechanics/ Human Movement course, teaching trainers from around the world how to apply biomechanics to make their clients better functioning human beings.

Jordan graduated from Auburn University with a Master’s degree in Biomechanics and Human Movement. He holds certifications in DBC Level One, CSCS, FMS, and TMR.
With 15 years of experience, Jordan specializes in youth & professional athlete development. He focuses on speed, power, and mobility enhancement.

Allan graduated from Howard University with a B.S in Exercise Physiology. He is certified in NASM (PES), CHEK Institute (L2), and NSCA (CSCS). He utilizes the DBC physical and orthopedic assessment as the foundation to building a corrective and strength training program for all.

George is a long-established movement analyst and performance specialist with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He has performed assessments and designed individualized corrective and high performance programs for some of the top athletes in the world.

Javi is a 10x Ironman, 2x World Champion (70.3) competitor, and Top USAT Triathlon age- grouper. Javi is a certified USAT Triathlon Level 2, USA Cycling Coach Level 3, and USAW Sports Performance Coach Level 1. He is also CHEK certified in Exercise and Holistic Lifestyle coaching, OPEX CCP, and NSCA-PT.

Catherine comes all the way from Los Angeles, California. Where she trained for over 10 years with some of the most diverse and high-profile clientele. Specializing with pre/post- natal (c-section/natural birth), complex cases aging from 15 – 80 year old, such as Parkinson’s, Diabetic, and Multiple Sclerosis. She has also worked with recreational athletes that want to better their performance and anyone that wants to be healthy, fit and lean. She has helped many with pain and rehabilitation from accidents/surgery and gained their strength back stronger than ever. She has her NSCA-CPT, Precision Nutrition, Pre & Post- Natal, Kettlebell, Trigger Point, TRX and more. Catherine helps her clients in all facets with a holistic approach, helping with nutrition, stress management, sleep quality, and recovery. Catherine has been an athlete her whole life participating as a Cross Country Runner, Triathlons, Swimming, Soccer, Softball and Golf. Her passion and love for fitness drives her to make everyone she trains the best that they can be.

Eric K. Brown graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-law. His passion for fitness came from understanding chronic pain and rehabilitation throughout his early childhood with sports, and into his 10 years of experience within the fitness industry. Specializing in customized programs for his clients that deal with addressing all chronic imbalances/injuries, integrating tailored biomechanical programming, and developing successful nutrition programs for sustainable lifestyle changes. His areas of expertise include Rehabilitation, Functional aesthetics, sport-specific training, Strength & Conditioning, and goal specific training. 

Eric emphasizes his coaching philosophies to revolve around the pillars of longevity, sustainability, customization, periodization, and movement integrity, which are applied to all of his clients to create a successful lifestyle plan.

Lauren (LAT, ATC) graduated from the University of Miami’s School of Education and Human Development. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree with an emphasis on Kinesiology and Sports Sciences. As a FL licensed and board-certified Athletic Trainer, Lauren’s specialty is recovery and manual therapy using soft-tissue mobilization techniques and tools. She is truly passionate about helping others overcome injuries and move pain-free. Lauren constantly pushes herself to continue learning and enhance her abilities in order to better serve her clients. Join her as your partner to help you decrease your recovery time and optimize your performance.

Joana comes to DBC all the way from Atlanta, Georgia. Joana has experience with a diverse clientele from general population to pre and post natal clients. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition certified, Pre and Post Natal certified, and DBC Level 1 & 2. Joana has a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care, she worked at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in the Adult ICU and Neonatal ICU. Her previous experience in the hospital gave her insight on how to care for others and see the other side of not taking proper care of our bodies. She is passionate in looking at her clients as a whole – mind, body, and soul. It’s more than a workout, she takes time to get to know your whole lifestyle, how that plays into your training, and how to help you get to the best version of you in and out of the gym.

Lissy joins our team with over six years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a performance coach, certified through the national academy of sports medicine “NASM”, with an educational background in Occupational Therapy.  Her certifications include, sports nutrition, kettlebell training, DBC Level One and Two. Her previous work experience includes over two years in a rehabilitation center. During her time there, she helped disable patients to overcome physical and emotional impairments to improve their daily functions.

Her innate passion for fitness, has helped her cultivate an approach to training so her clients can not only become stronger, but also more athletic, healthier, and more resistant to injury. Her goal is to get to know her clients and create individualized plans to help them unlock their potential and surpass their goals for lifelong health and wellness.

Donny-Joshua Felix is a former D1 soccer athlete from Howard University. 

He began as an intern at DBC,  aligning with their philosophy in sports performance and health. During this time, he was given the opportunity to gain first-hand experience working with youth athletes and high level NBA, NFL, & MLS players. As a Performance coach his focus is on Sports Performance and Lifestyle to improve their health, both physically and mentally.
