As an ISSA Certified trainer, Nimai has been developing successful exercise programs tailored specifically for his clients needs and goals since 2012. His areas of expertise include strength & conditioning, and weight management. Nimai has focused his career on helping his clients optimize movements that carry over into all aspects of life, helping them reach their fitness goals.
Catherine comes all the way from Los Angeles, California. Where she trained for over 10 years with some of the most diverse and high-profile clientele. Specializing with pre/post- natal (c-section/natural birth), complex cases aging from 15 – 80 year old, such as Parkinson’s, Diabetic, and Multiple Sclerosis. She has also worked with recreational athletes that want to better their performance and anyone that wants to be healthy, fit and lean. She has helped many with pain and rehabilitation from accidents/surgery and gained their strength back stronger than ever. She has her NSCA-CPT, Precision Nutrition, Pre & Post- Natal, Kettlebell, Trigger Point, TRX and more. Catherine helps her clients in all facets with a holistic approach, helping with nutrition, stress management, sleep quality, and recovery. Catherine has been an athlete her whole life participating as a Cross Country Runner, Triathlons, Swimming, Soccer, Softball and Golf. Her passion and love for fitness drives her to make everyone she trains the best that they can be.
Kenny is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Movement Coach with an educational background in Exercise Science. With over 10 years in the fitness industry he has an extensive background of training athletes, working professionals, individuals suffering from previous injuries and clients with minimal gym experience. His areas of expertise include weight management, sports performance, boxing and pre/post-natal training.

Lucas graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. After graduating Lucas traveled the US gaining infield experience in the private and public sector in California, New York and Miami training Pro, College, high school and youth athletes all while developing a systematic training program geared toward optimizing athletes of all levels.
Lucas’ personal goal with his clientele whether an athlete or Weekend Warrior is to always optimize movement, nutrition and lifestyle habits that carries over to ones perspective sport or life, all while helping clientele reach their specific goals.
Eric K. Brown graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-law. His passion for fitness came from understanding chronic pain and rehabilitation throughout his early childhood with sports, and into his 10 years of experience within the fitness industry. Specializing in customized programs for his clients that deal with addressing all chronic imbalances/injuries, integrating tailored biomechanical programming, and developing successful nutrition programs for sustainable lifestyle changes. His areas of expertise include Rehabilitation, Functional aesthetics, sport-specific training, Strength & Conditioning, and goal specific training.
Eric emphasizes his coaching philosophies to revolve around the pillars of longevity, sustainability, customization, periodization, and movement integrity, which are applied to all of his clients to create a successful lifestyle plan.
Andrea has been around the fitness industry for over five years. Working alongside some of the best bodybuilding and aesthetic coaches through the early stages of her career, she has developed an approach to help clients with rapid fat loss, increased muscle, and realistic approach for people to reach their goals. Her approach of discipline nutrition alongside with her intense strength training programs has helped guide her clients of general population to the bodies in mind they never thought was possible. Andrea is certified through the national Academy of sports medicine “NASM” as well as a level one DBC Biomechanics coach.
JAMES HAMPTON, has always been involved in fitness & athletics. Serving 8 years as Marine Force Recon Operative & F.A.S.T CO. He knows how to listen, observe and give the clients what they need to be the best. With nationally accredited personal training certifications while continuously educating himself through new certifications to be the best trainer to his clients. Janes pursued a career in Personal Training to inspire others to have a healthier lifestyle through fitness, nutrition, personal development and the joy of overall health and wellness. With his reservoir of exercises, you are guaranteed to have fun and always be challenged. My mission is to bring out the best you, in and outside the gym, everyday.
