Specializing with pre/post- natal (c-section/natural birth), complex cases aging from 15 – 80 year old, such as Parkinson’s, Diabetic, and Multiple Sclerosis. She has also worked with recreational athletes that want to better their performance and anyone that wants to be healthy, fit and lean. She has helped many with pain and rehabilitation from accidents/surgery and gained their strength back stronger than ever. She has her NSCA-CPT, Precision Nutrition, Pre & Post- Natal, Kettlebell, Trigger Point, TRX and more. Catherine helps her clients in all facets with a holistic approach, helping with nutrition, stress management, sleep quality, and recovery. Catherine has been an athlete her whole life participating as a Cross Country Runner, Triathlons, Swimming, Soccer, Softball and Golf. Her passion and love for fitness drives her to make everyone she trains the best that they can be.

Lauren (LAT, ATC) graduated from the University of Miami’s School of Education and Human Development. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree with an emphasis on Kinesiology and Sports Sciences. As a FL licensed and board-certified Athletic Trainer, Lauren’s specialty is recovery and manual therapy using soft-tissue mobilization techniques and tools. She is truly passionate about helping others overcome injuries and move pain-free. Lauren constantly pushes herself to continue learning and enhance her abilities in order to better serve her clients. Joana comes to DBC all the way from Atlanta, Georgia. Joana has experience with a diverse clientele from general population to pre and post natal clients. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition certified, Pre and Post Natal certified, and DBC Level 1 & 2. Joana has a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care, she worked at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in the Adult ICU and Neonatal ICU. Her previous experience in the hospital gave her insight on how to care for others and see the other side of not taking proper care of our bodies. She is passionate in looking at her clients as a whole – mind, body, and soul. It’s more than a workout, she takes time to get to know your whole lifestyle, how that plays into your training, and how to help you get to the best version of you in and out of the gym.

Lissy joins our team with over six years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a performance coach, certified through the national academy of sports medicine “NASM”, with an educational background in Occupational Therapy. Her certifications include, sports nutrition, kettlebell training, DBC Level One and Two. Her previous work experience includes over two years in a rehabilitation center. During her time there, she helped disable patients to overcome physical and emotional impairments to improve their daily functions.
Her innate passion for fitness, has helped her cultivate an approach to training so her clients can not only become stronger, but also more athletic, healthier, and more resistant to injury. Her goal is to get to know her clients and create individualized plans to help them unlock their potential and surpass their goals for lifelong health and wellness.

He began as an intern at DBC, aligning with their philosophy in sports performance and health. During this time, he was given the opportunity to gain first-hand experience working with youth athletes and high level NBA, NFL, & MLS players. As a Performance coach his focus is on Sports Performance and Lifestyle to improve their health, both physically and mentally.
