INHALE, EXHALE: The Principles of Breathwork

This course reviews the scientific literature and presents validated research that clarifies how humans are designed to breathe. 

The gas exchange mechanism used to  produce energy, the muscular symphony required for efficient breathing, the physiological responses to various breathing patterns, and how to properly coach these fundamentals are covered.

Intentional breathwork is often the missing link in a complete training program.

This course will equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to identity breathing dysfunctions in yourself or others, and allow you to implement breathwork drills to re-establish an optimal breathing pattern.
